For years we have updated our service location to our winter location, however it seems now they want to call this a move and charge us $199.00 for the "deal". They also put me into a new 24 month agreement all of which I never knew until I got my new bill. Took me forever to get it credited and now they say they will only do this once a year. Does that mean when i move back north I will go through the same hassle? According to one of their technicians now AT&T has removed that ability for a tech to change their service location and therefore you are forced into the "move"
