For several days now I can’t see or manage any of my directv package or channels. Went through 4 agents, 3 of which were supposedly specialists, but none could fix it.

Anyone else get this? The only thing I can see if billing stuff.

Over 10 days now and I still can’t manage my account online. Multiple agents..all incompetent, no fix. Not to mention 2 agents disconnected me today when trying to come off hold.

I have for several years now managed my DIRECTV account by going to the DIRECTV.com website on my phone and always scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on "Full Site" and from there I could manage my account. Well all of a sudden it will not allow me to access the "Full Site" and It only allows me to check things on "Mobile" but there are things you cannot check on "Mobile" like your Channel Package.

Did they tell you this is a known problem and our **** department is working toward a solution? Or similar BS?

I had what seems to be the same issue. When I tried to access my DirecTV account, I was taken to my AT&T wireless account. After consulting with Customer Support, the issue was resolved by clicking "Log Out" when the AT&T account came up, and then re-launching the link to the DirecTV account and entering the DTV password. This gave me the correct DTV account access. Try and see if this resolves your issue as well.

Whether I use myATT.com login or Directv.com login websites, I have never had any issues and my last check with both was today.

Looks like they are finally trying to morph me to the newer ATT billing as I'm getting a newer login screen. I'm not falling for it, and cannot access full site on my mobile Directv app. I have not logged into the new site. Does anyone have advice to contact them and stay with the older DirecTV login? I do not have any other ATT services (phone, internet, etc.). Help is appreciated. Thanks!

I was afraid you’d say that. So much for my owned receivers. :(

Well....back the train up a little.

I messed with this for the last two hours tonight, every login I tried was taking me to ATT page to link all my accounts (which I have no others). I also was not able to log into my DirecTV account via the DirecTV App and get to the 'full site'. I also never got an email saying I was being converted over, but every webpage I got redirected to was titled 'signin.att.com' on my computer, and back to the link everything together page, and create a new password.

I called tech support at 844-822-3352 and spoke with Wesly, she was very helpful. After clearing all my browser data and trying to log in to legacy DirecTV account, I was still getting transitioned to ATT login, not DirecTV. She then got escalated support on the line with her. They got into my account, reset the password. 5 minutes later, I was then directed to go back to DirecTV.com, enter user name and new password and VIOLA! I was back into the legacy DirecTV.com online account! The whole call took about 20 minutes.

While back in, I changed my password from what they reset it too and life is now back to normal (for now). I asked her to put notes into my account to not change to newer ATT system until the very end of DirecTV.com life. She laughed.

On my Account Overview page, the address now reads like it should- https://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/mydirectv/account/payment/myBillingCenter.jsp?lpos=Header

I consider this a temporary success story. One other thing I told her is the newer ATT system doesn't recognize my owned receivers, another reason why I don't want to be transitioned over. Hopefully this procedure helps some others out there. Good luck!

Makes sense- you’ve been fully transitioned. Mine was starting the process, but got it stopped. www.directv.com/x is still the prefix web address when scrolling through my account, not att.com like what started happening.
