Report them to the FCC.....I have twice with good results
Can you tell us more about that? What does the FCC do about the problems we're having? I've never dealt with them.
i think it depends on the provider and not the FCC. as some providers can be real cocky. i know when i paid up for DTV now back when they were giving away the apple tv 3. it would always buffer crash and i had to keep the volume maxed out just to even try and be able to hear it... so i went into chat and i told em i wanted a refund and offered to sent the apple t.v. back to em as well. so they said NO refunds. so then i threated em with the FCC they said you can do what you want as you see fit they still said no refunds!!! so i write a very nasty letter to the FCC about DTV now and it was beyond XXX rated!!! so the next morning i got a call from a lady of the office of the president and i explained the situation and she told me alot of people were having the same issues. and i asked her where i could ship the apple tv back to. she said they were not set up to take returns on the devices really??? one screw up as id'e want it back!!! well by 5pm that night i had the money credited back to my bank acct!!!
