Billing question

    Looking at my bill I have new customer credits, but the 1st one "price protection" just showed up (although my bill hasn't seemed to change). What's that about?

    Price Protect 1 of 3 -5.00

    Online Bonus 9 of 12 -10.00

    New Cust 10 of 12 -20.0

    Kind of odd there's a 9 of 12 and 10 of 12 having signed up at one time. Trying to sort out what to drop when these expire. Probably dropping BB, just don't watch much on those channels, and DVD's just keep getting slower and slower.

    Your package went up $5.00 but Dish is protecting the price that you signed up for by giving you a $5.00 credit until you've had your Dish service for a year, at which point it'll go up to the regular price.
