As we've moved to streaming, we have been increasingly happy with OTA and a select few cable channels - mostly the A&E networks. One thing these guys aren't taking into account is competition - cable and satellite were a duopoly. With streaming services, there is significantly more competition and the barrier to switch services is significantly lower. Price hikes will be tougher to pull off.
In our case, if Hulu increases the price of Live TV to a point where it doesn't make sense, we'll just buy an OTA DVR and subscribe to Philo. In fact, maybe we should do that anyway...
