Installed a Pioneer BDR205 burner internal drive this weekend on my HP Media computer. Have not had a chance to play with it yet, and probably will not this week.....any thoughts ?

I have a USB-external Blu-ray burner... but blank discs are still too expensive for me to actually try out that feature.

Your a fellow Spartan....your suppose to be able to read my mind :)

Sorry, just a goof on my part. Was wondering about software for burning Blu-ray disks. Have been using Win7 currently for ISO, and DVD, but not sure about Blu-ray burning. Was wondering what works best.

I use ImgBurn and have had good success. The best part is that it's free

I am looking for a good Blu-Ray burner and haven't done much shopping of late, so wonder if the prices have come down any and also have disc prices come down. I guess from what I've heard, some of the Blu-Ray disc plants in Japan were badly damaged by the tsunami. I know my work has been affected seriously by the Sony plant in Sendai being damaged, so I wonder if this is affecting Blu-Ray burner prices and/or availability.
