I would try a refresh from the directv webpage.
Try reauthorizing your receivers.
So, with Angels on KCOP vs Astros tonight, does DirecTV pick up KCOP, CSN Houston or totally miss it?
Per DirecTV's site this game will be on channel 742 and 742-1.
It's the CSN Houston feed. Good job for once, DirecTV and Extra Innings!
Not a surprise as they used the feed for NBA LP (out of market) customers for Rockets games during the regular NBA season.
Another opportunity for DirecTV to screw up - Rangers are OTA tonight vs Astros.
I realize this was from several days ago, but DirecTV actually carries the Rangers' OTA games on KTXA. They are on an alternate channel on 675, I think. One of the few teams that has its OTA games on extra innings. The Dodgers, Angels, Cubs, White Sox, Pirates, Giants, and Mets (as of now) do not have their OTA feeds available, which is a real shame.
why is The Dodgers feed blackout this year?
judging on your username, you are a cubs fan living in LA. Did you drop to a package that does not include local RSN's?
mine username name is just a name lol, i am in PA
Then I have no idea why you would be blacked out of Prime Ticket on EI, unless they were playing a team in your home market.
I have noticed most of the season the games are only available on the other teams feed on EI. Not tonight but last night I believe that was the case.
Where in PA? Do you get MASN? The dodgers are playing the Nats and if you are in MASN territory, the dodgers feed would be blacked out.
The Dodgers have more OTA games than any other team, right?
no, i am in the Cleveland, Pittsburgh territory, i just notice the Dodgers haven't been on EI i was wondering if the Dodgers and direcTV was in fight, but i did watch the Dodgers feed last night, but it just something i notice
No. The Cubs and possibly White Sox have more OTA. Dodgers have 50 games OTA.
philly feed today on extra innings. so how does directv get to transmit the signal? do they pay comast per game?
It was a game from their OTA network. DirecTV picked it up via the satellite feed they use to distribute the game to stations in the network.
thanks for clearing it up
