Can we watch On Demand movies on two different TV's at the same time?

We switched from ATT-Direct TV to Dish last week. When I try to watch an On Demand movie from the bedroom, and someone else is already streaming something from On Demand, I get an error message the I have exceeded my streaming limit and will not let me watch. So all the other TV's are limited to live tv until the first movie is done streaming.

Is this normal? Is there a way to save on on demand movie and go back to watch it even when someone else is streaming something?
