Ok just cancelled my Dishnetwork. I owned 3 of my DVR's and I leased 1. When I cancelled my account and hung up they didn't mention anything about sending the other DVR back. So what am I too do about this, keep it and sell it, or call them up and ask them what to do?

    Thanks, Enigma96

Contact them and get it returned. If you sell it, you are committing a crime, since it is legally owned by E*

DISH will also bill you for that DVR at full retail. Get the free return shipping boxes from DISH. :)

And there is a timeframe here. I think you have 15 days? Or they will bill you automatically.

Apparently, similar subscriber complaints have been coming in a lot lately, so Dish, always eager to accomodate its customers, has added a new voice-menu option:

"If you want to scream "Cancel my damn account!" and just hang up, press 9.
