cannot view Pay Per View movies from Video on Demand

    My DirecTV HR22-100 DVR is hard wired to my new Belkin N150 Router (F9K1001V4).
    I cannot view Pay Per View movies from Video on Demand.
    I had no problem viewing them with my old router.
    The videos download to my DVR, but apparently DirecTV is not getting the communication from my DVR over the internet because when I try to view the recorded video, I get a message to call DirecTV extension 777. But when I call them, they are baffled because my DVR is successfully connected to the internet.

    Have you done a red button power reset since connecting the new router?

    If you call in again ask them about your IPPV settings and to be sure cinema plus is on your services list

    Yes, I have done a red buton reset.
