Doesn't work here, either. Reps at directv reset my directv account password and didn't give me the password. Then they said it would be "escalated" and they would call me back in 72 hours. Then they canceled my account when i told them to cancel the NHL Center Ice. Then I asked "did you really cancel my account?" He said "uh - no?" Have been on hold for over 2 hours and counting... to call them morons would be a compliment.
