Central Fl outage or just me?

    Keep getting 775 error.. Debary Florida 32713. It freezes for a while, starts back up, freezes.. Been doing this since 8:30am today (Dec 4, 2018) I recycled all the power/swim/rx.. Dish/lnb "looks" fine. Reset box, online refresh, etc. HR54/700 Thanks.

    775 is a failure to connect with the LNB. If the light is green on the Power Inserter then there is possibly a loose or corroded coax cable in the line somewhere.

    Ah.. Yea the green light on the swim power inserter is on (green). Seems like it comes back for a while (5 minutes or so) when I cycle the power. Guess it's time to call for a tech.

    Check all of your connections including the power for the power inserter.

    Checked all I could. (Everything but the lnb) Murphy says that's most likely where the issue is. lol

    And now it's working fine.. :mad: For the last 2 hours? o_O Guess if it's still going in the AM I'll cancel the tech appt..

    Keep the appointment, it's possible that moisture got into the LNB or one of the connectors and the Florida sun caused problems during the middle of the day.

    Cancel the appointment if it's working..... Most likely nothing will be done if you keep it. Tech comes in, runs IV retest, and bounces.

    Yea, I just canceled.. Nothing like trying to get someone to fix something that's operating fine.. I'll hang onto the "service plan" for the month, incase it comes back. But, since about 1pm yesterday all has been fine.
