I’ve been a customer for 19 years. This is a new one. Over the past 2 days, CNN (202) has changed spots with TNT (245). And ESPN2 (209) has traded places with TBS (247). I called Directv. The customer service lady was clueless. She asked me to unplug my set and box, replug, while she tried to reset. Then she told me this should go away in 24 hours. It hasn’t. Any remedies out there?
