I think the NFL should televise three double header games on Sundays: At 11:00, 2:00, and 5:00. Plus the Sunday night game at 8:00. Seven games, every Sunday, for everybody.

If they start late they should repay the fans and have it free for the rest of the year.

It probably is if you live within your teams TV footprint and can see all of their games but for "out of market" fans it's worth it's weight in gold. Living in SoCal and being a Pittsburgh fan it's worth $300 to see every game in the season plus I get to choose whatever other games I want to watch and watch the RedZone. Multiple TVs in the den, Sundays in the fall are great!

Not everyone did. I joined 12 years ago and had to buy my my receivers and dish. I didn't get a discount on programming.

That would be 8am out west. No way they would do that.

That isn't happening. They will refund the weeks that were not played if the season is shortened just as they should.

So did I. Bought the dish with two receivers for $200 or so, brought it home and installed it. I have received plenty of good deals since then though.

Actually, 8:00 AM would be great. A number of years ago I was in Hawaii during football season and I loved the fact that I could watch both games and it was still early afternoon when I went outside.

Way back in 96, I got half a season of baseball free and a discount on Sunday ticket.

I couldn't even handle 11 am. First time I was in LA during football season, my nephew and I had to drag ourselves out of bed cause we woke up to football.

I never got a sign up deal either. $1000 for one receiver and 1 dual output dish (1995). $50 for the self install kit.

I could not agree more. Being a die hard Steeler fan in Chicago, there is no other choice to see every game. It would be nice if it was free or cheaper but until the DirecTV monopoly goes away, Sunday Ticket from DirecTV is the only way to see the Black and Gold every Sunday.

I'd be shocked if they didn't give you a nice deal if you called and asked for one.

I'll let you know when I find out which one it will be. I could be a fan of two teams I guess. Except when they play each other. I did follow the Rams closely and go to some games when they were here and I've gone to Charger games (to see the Steelers).
