client connecting

    I'm a tech with directv I'm haveing trouble with a wireless client staying connected to the genie the client will work fine then goes to connecting I tried changing splitters genie wvb and wireless client even put a wired client in and it does the same pls help

    has the newest software on it as of right now also changed it from a 44 to to a54 then done a software on it

    Is the WVB in the same room as the genie and customers wifi?

    If the wired client is having an issue too, then whatever coax or splitters to the wired client must be dropping signal. That has to work perfectly.

    thanks not sure was wrong with it I just redid the job and it started working normally
