    Q: Do you think companies that you conduct business with should be able to save all credit card and bank account information to use to collect bad debt?

    I said yes if it is in the terms of service or use or whatever then you have 2 choices. You agree and are subject to the terms you agreed to, or you do not agree and do your business with someone else. Easy peasy.

    A simple credit check can get them most of the information anyway if you have credit cards and bank accounts.

    I can't vote in the poll because the choices are limited.

    I might vote no, but not because it is unethical. I don't think it is unethical, but I still wish they wouldn't do it.
