I recently added two new recievers (HR54 and c61K client) to TVs in my family room. Unfortunately, remote commands sent to the genie seem to be simultaneously picked up by the genie client as well. I have attempted to program the genie to IR and the client to RF, but have had no success in being able to control the two recievers individually. Blocking the sensor on the reciever does not alleviate the problem.

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue is appreciated.

Well if both remotes are in RF and you still have the issue then someone accidentally programmed the remote to both devices in RF at the same time. Rest the remotes then program them each to RF but make sure the other reciever is turned off when you do.
