I'm sure this isnt where this goes but does anyone know who will be getting this game. I live smack dab in the middle of the two cities about 3 hours from each. Is there any way to tell if i will be blacked out?

I am getting really tired of trying to figure out what game they will black out and what they wont. there has to be a way to know ahead of time.

any help would be great. thanks.

MLB Mainly blackout the game if your local game is on another channel, So you should see both Saturday and Sunday's game in HD if broadcasted in HD. I live between Chicago and Milwaukee and I have the same problem if the cubs and brewers are playing each other. They will blackout the Cubs feed and I have to watch the brewers station.

well earlier this week the Sox and Tigers were blacked out on ESPN HD and they were not on any other channel. they were on Fox sports detroit but i would never be able to get that channel here in illinois anyways. i called D* and they said the only way to get it is to pay for MLB EI.

You can't be blacked out from 26.1 as that is an OTA station...
You may not be able to receive it... but you can't be blacked out from it.

The "U" is not available in HD on the DirecTV SAT feeds yet...
Probably won't be until the new SAT's are launched.

yeah i cant get 26.1 OTA in central Illinois. must be a chicago station. so that cant be the reason i was blacked out in bloomington. there is still no reason i was blacked out then. it wasnt on any other local or sports channel that i could have seen it on.

it just gets frustrating cause then they block out one of my 8 HD channels.
