Sure...after the owner bought enough and convinced sponsors to buy enough prior to the weekly deadlines.

    Back to the topic.

Blacked out games will probably never be on the Mix channel.

They did multiple mix channels for MMM at least one year with your local game blacked out. That was a mess. You had to pick the right channel and they made mistakes etc. plus now we are in HD and the mix channels take bandwidth as well as tech to put them together. Not worth it.

Hey Ren, Shades228 said thats still not good enough.

    You need to:
    - call each ticket buyer to actually verify they bought the seats.
    - have then sign an affidavit to that statement.
    - get a blood stamp on said documents.
    - have each document notarized.

I think there was a technical problem with the DTV mix channel yesterday. I am in CA and this late game did not show up on the mix channel (even though there were only 2 other games on) I had to tune the TV to 715 (I think) to get the game...it was invisible unless you scrolled through the channels and tuned to it. It was not a black-out issue here in L.A.? I could not believe it was not fixed for the duration of the game....It never did show up on the mix channel.....

I don't care if Tampa sells there games out ! But when you pay for NFL SUNDAY TICKET YOU SHOULD NOT GET BLACKED OUT PERIOD , The NFL Is a greedy bunch of a holes . I can see blacking out over the air local TV . But not when you pay all this extra money ! I live in Orlando and I get blacked out for Tampa and Jacksonville , For one thing Jacksonville is 130 miles away for me and Tampa is over 75 miles away .ishould not be getting blacked out ! I would never travel that far for my favorite teams ! This has to change the NFL is getting money handed to them hand over fist from all the networks and the NFL Sunday ticket people . Enough is a enough NFL !

The game not being sold out is why it was not on the mix channel. I did not know that was the reason no big deal though just flip back and forth between channels unless you live in home market.

Have you not read the rest of the posts in the thread? It has nothing to do with technical problems.

GAMES BLACKED OUT IN THEIR HOME MARKET DUE TO NON-SELLOUT WILL NOT BE ON GAME MIX ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY.

That's it. That's the way it's been, and that's how it will remain.

Only when they were on the Red Zone Channel -- which apparently happened pretty frequently.

The 715 feed was never shown on Game Mix.

Possibly when it was on the Red Zone Channel.

I watch GameMix about 95% of the time on Sundays. I've never seen a game blacked out in its local market shown on GameMix.

Frankly, I found the whole thread confusing, but now I understand why it would not show up on GM....so that the fans that want to see it would not be able to circumvent the black-out.

Since I saw the game on RedZone so often I dismissed that possibility. I guess RZ was a red herring. Thanks for taking the time to clarify...I learned something.

lol, most people around here (Montgomery AL) were pissed because the Bucs/Panthers game was on instead of the Packers/Niners. Thank god for Sunday Ticket.

You heard correctly. They pushed the opening game hard and the Bucs fans here still didn't go. Didn't bother me since I'm not a fan.

    In Tampa it's $30-$35 for a ticket.

Yes they did. The Colts & Cowboys were home games, sold out, and were on tv here.
