So what can be received on the D10 and H10 receivers respectively when attached to the old 3LNB Dish (101, 110, 119 I think)? And for how much longer will it actually be useable?

For SD channels they will work fine,For HD you need an upgrade for 99 & 103 Ka band orbital locations.:)

There are still a few mpeg-2 HD channels you can get on the H10, but they are going away soon. Don't know the exact dates, but would guess sometime this year.

Thanks, I have upgraded to what is listed below, several months ago. I still have the D10 and H10 as well as the old 3LNB dish. I was trying to decide whether or not to just trash all of them, guess that is the best answer now.

According to the slides on Channel 77, you will no longer have channels 71 (Showtime) 74 (Universal HD) or 78 Z(HDNet Movies) as of tomorrow, February 25th 2009. After that, all that will be available in MPEG2 HD will be 70 (HBO), 72 (ESPN2), 73 (ESPN), 75 (TNT) and 79 (HDNet). I wouldn't give them more than a month or two at the most before they're gone too.
