Penn & Teller's Showtime show is over, as is Tell a Lie on Discovery. I'm not sure if they aired Fool Us on US TV, it was cancelled in UK, unfortunately.

Do No Harm is being burned off, I think the last episode airs in September.

Treme was renewed for a final, shortened season.

    CSI: NY was cancelled.

Law and Order LA was cancelled in 2011.

Note that Fringe reached a full conclusion. They were able to wrap up the story line as desired with a final season.

More or less the same for Eureka, they had a proper series finale.

    Thanks to everyone.

The trouble I have with Futon Critic is the listing "cancelled/ended".
Is that the final word? Or is that "ended" part leave open the possibility of another season?

Ended just means that the series completed its final season, rather than being axed by the network.

However, Futurama is about to "end" again after coming back from cancellation. Drop Dead Diva was uncancelled as well as Unforgettable. So it's not always the final word.

That is why I hate deleting the SL's. I may miss a season because I delete it too soon.
http://tvseriesfinale.com/ has Zero Hour as cancelled after 4 episodes. But My recorder is churning away episode after episode.

I leave shows usually unless they are touted as the last season and do a proper wrap up. Fringe and bun notic after this season (which likely won't be till winter 2014 I'd guess). And in plain sight. They all got proper series finallies.

If The Futuon Critic says it's cancelled you can pretty much bet it has been cancelled. He has some great sources for info. The only ones he "automatically" marks cancelled are shows that have not been on the air for over 2 years and no news has come out about them.
