Yeah I used to have a lunchboxes too when I was really really little, man those were the good old days.
I had several lunchboxes during my childhood, and the only one I can think of is I think I had a lunchbox with "The Getalong Gang" on it(see attachment below).
I did watch the Getalong Gang, but it wasn't one of my favorite cartoons.
What I would have really liked to have back then was a Tranzor Z Lunchbox or a Robotech Lunchbox, but I had to use the ones my mom got.

I went though a few....S.W.A.T. (remember the TV series?), Planet of the Apes TV Series (yes I loved that as a kid) and Starsky & Hutch LB sporting the really "cool car".

Speaking of "cool", I though I was too cool for the LB thing and threw them away. Brown-bagged it after that. If I had only stashed them away.... :)

    See ya

    The...
A large brown grocery bag with "Safeway" printed on both sides. The subliminal message from my mother apparently had its desired effect as I have usually taken the "safe" way in my long, winding journey through life. I like to think of it as a successful survival technique. Thanks, Mom.

Inside there were always the same two sandwiches, one PB&J, the other, bologna and mustard, both on white "Wonder Bread". Occasionally, two or three cookies. All were neatly wrapped in wax paper.

    Thanks again, Mom.

My favorite lunch box was the six million dollar man. That lasted from 1st grade through the third. I also had a SPACE 1999 lunch box, the above mentioned Starsky & Hutch, Scooby Doo & Land of the Lost.

On a side note has any one seen the trailer for the Starsky & Hutch movie? It was hilarious. Snoop Dog as Huggy Bear I couldn’t stop laughing!

Mine was a Dick Tracy metal lunchbox (I started First Grade in 1966). And it is still at my parent's house, complete with the thermos. It's a bit scratched up and faded, but probably worth a little more than was paid for it. But I'd never sell it. I still have a lot of my toys I got as a kid, I wasn't very destructive to things. My prize is my Tonka cement mixer. Oh, and my Verti-Bird. :)

I would have killed for one of those. I loved that show (hey, I still do :) ).

The only lunchbox I remember I used was The Partridge Family.

Ghostbusters and Ninja Turtles (1st-5th). :stickman:

Brown bag the rest of the time, unless I bought my lunch at school.
