Heh. I was working on getting my 3rd HR20 when I got the PM and called back to cancel it. And found they'd charged me too much for it! So--whew. Man, that was a nightmare. I call last week to have my HR10 taken off the account and an HR20 sent to me. They say they will do that. Wednesday, I get an R15. I call and say they sent the wrong thing. They explain that they don't send out HR20s, those need to be installed and it will be three weeks. And it will be $300. I talked them down to shipping, except they ended up billing me $99 and then I got the PM and cancelled it all. I still have the R15 which I've not activated--they're sending me a pre-paid shipping slip but I've not gotten it yet. I asked my brother if he wanted me to keep the R15 so he could use it instead of his DVR80. He said no. (He's moving out next summer so I'll have no need anyway to keep that box.) He keeps saying, "You need a new 60 inch TV so you can give me this one." He's a dreamer.
