8FC81F84-9B98-4213-907E-8EFDCF0466A7.jpeg Trying to help my brother align his dish and all of them are looking good but the only one I am having problems with is 99ca. Specifically transponders 16,18,20,22, and 24 I can’t get anything on those and I am guessing this is why I am not getting a couple HD channels SYFI HD, FX HD, have all the sd channels and most hd but just a couple I can’t get all the other satellites are in the 90s but I am really struggling with this one I spent a half hour messing with it tonight with him on the roof and still couldn’t get any digits on those transponders and at my house on 99ca I have all high 80s, he does have some trees on his property but can’t believe it would get in the way on just those. I have included a screenshot of that satellite signal, any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Joe

That’s not better I suspect you have a leveling issue or beyond that your elevation is off

All of the even-numbered transponders are too low.
What dish type do you have?
    DVR/Receiver model numbers?
