I tried to log into my Directv account yesterday and was unsuccessful. It seems my account is being transferred to AT&T's web site and will be unavailable to access for a few days. I also have no access to any on-line services which includes Showtime Anytime since my time has expired and requires a new log in. I may experience similar issues if my time with HBO GO or STARZ runs out as well. Although the transition from Directv to AT&T requires you to do a simple new setup procedure, it should be done in a smooth uninterrupted fashion. This is unacceptable.
