Directv Accounts are being slowly transfered to AT&T's web site without any notification

    I did and a 4 digit passcode

    They killed my online profile on the backend and created a new one

    Yup, did that during the first call to ATT and every time I've called since then nobody has asked any security questions or asked for a password.
