Directv App for iPad and iPhone not working

    For a couple of weeks now I can't use the Directv App on my iPad and iPhone. Every time I try to log in I get an ERROR- ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVE. I tried to reset the password, reinstall the app and even called Directv support with no luck. Directv support tells me that they are working on it. Any help?

    It's a problem on their end. They are having problems with many services. My receivers won't do On Demand. They say they're offline when I try to download a movie or run a speed test, but they ARE online and support could see them communicating.

    I was on with support for two and a half hours last night. They tell me it's a know problem and it affects more than just the receivers. Account and payment portals, streaming movies, all potentially having problems.... And no idea when it will get fixed.
