Please fill out this form every time you purchase/watch a movie so that we can ensure your account receives the proper credit. Thanks!

Could have been down for a bit. It was down last night as well. I think Google is having a couple of issues.

Several submissions only contain 3 digits for the access card number (instead of the last 4). I will try to go back and fix these myself.. but please double check before submitting in the future. Thanks! :)

Question on when is the appropriate time to fill out the form:

I filled out last week that I had purchased The Wolfman. The reason I filled out the form was because I had clicked "Buy/Watch" and had confirmed the purchase.

However I did not actually watch until this past Friday, 6/4. So I noticed when I selected it to watch it on Friday that I actually still had the opportunity to cancel the PPV Purchase, I'm assuming because I never went past the first 5 minutes until Friday?

So I guess the question is, how does the charge/credit system work? (And I mean generally - not for this trial per se). When you buy a PPV, but then cancel it later, is it typically a charge followed later by a credit on your statement, or does nothing actually get charged until you pass the first 5 minutes?

Might be good to know this so DirecTV doesn't have to chase around forms we submit above that may not actually have a charge that they can credit.

    Clear as mud?

If you never make it past the FREE preview time or cancel PPV the access card will either show "Not Viewed" or "Cancelled" and will never send this in to DirecTV. Only completed purchasses are reported.

OK thanks DVD. A good point then on when, or even if, to file a movie to the form - if the same that applies to DirecTV billing applies here.

IMO the form should be filled out after purchase is complete, which would be when the ($) icon disappears from the details screen or the title on the playlist. Also the access card status will display "Viewed".

I don't fill out the form until I complete watching the movie. Just seems to be the natural way to do it. *shrug*

Hmmm - what state is that then? I've seen $ signs kinda come and go so far, and have even seen no $ on some movies in the Q (Young Victoria right now).

So does the $ sign turn off 5 minutes into the movie? I haven't been paying attention to that.
