I haven't had anything to download for over almost a week and half.
Cleared everything in my queue on LR HDDVR last night and added movies back in and today received,
When In Rome
Now that you mention it, I do remember having to turn up the vol. a bit more than normal when I watched it.
Yes, good movie
History of purchase only shoes 4 movies.
We have watched at 8 or 9.

Watched "When In Rome" and had some minor pixelation initially. Also had to crank volume up from normal setting of 45 out of 100 to 80 to get an adequate audio level. CC was not operating with this film.
Diagnostic report key #: 20100623-4157
Watched "She's Out of My League" and again had the low audio level problem although not as bad as in some of the other movies I've watched. Still had to crank volume setting up about 25% above normal setting.

Well, as some may know I have been busy with some other things this week, but I sat down just a little bit ago to do as I intended earlier; empty out my Q and then add them all back to see if that helped as it has with some. Well... I went to my Q to write down what I had in it and it is EMPTY!
As a side note, some movies not in my Q are coming in. I guess I should just say movies are coming in and leave it at that since I don't have a Q anymore but it is working here. I am going to reload my Q right now and will continue on.
I have queued up 12 movies across 3 treceivers and have not received any of them. I have seen movies show up that I have not queued up, show in the list as having a green checkmark and you could play them. I also have seen titles show up with a check and later the check mark is gone and the play option is gone.
Report # 20100624-26F2
"Youth in Revolt"
Severe pixelation, pretty much un-watchable.
I have not been able to watch a movie yet as part of this field trial. Everythime I try, I get the message that I need to call Directv to order the movie because I need an internet connection. I have my receivers connected to the internet and have since day one. Everything else works as it should, but I keep getting the same message. My network is fine, the receivers pass the internet test and network services. Any ideas? These were movies I scheduled for the queue and they showed up with the green check mark in my play list.
Something strange is going on because internet connectivity is not required for this field trial to begin with.
My wife noted the following:
While arrowing down through the movie list, sometimes the response is instant, and other times it hesitiates. This could be normal for the receiver (HR20-700), but I figured I would report it anyway.
My wife queued up "Remember Me" last week or so. She noticed that the movie dropped from her queue, but it did not appear on her playlist. When she tried to add it again, she noticed that she had the option to play it, but it still wasn't in her play list. I suspect that the reason this happened is because Remember Me downloaded itself into the "special partition" (for movies on demand), and if that is the case, my wife was still expecting it to show in her playlist so that she knew it was ready. I ran a report in case I was wrong. Report # 20100625-13F3
Things I noticed:
When movies appeared in my playlist, it has the "$" icon which I would expect, but it also had the green check mark. I really don't know what the purpose of that green check mark is on the Playlist, so I am reporting it as a anomaly.
When in the playlist view and "hovering" over a recorded movie, the description of the show gives me a warning about 5 shows allowed in queue, as opposed to the movie description. I doubt that is intended.
My observations were on a HR23-700 and my wife on a HR20-700.
