Same thing for me.
I can now log in as well but by billing address is blank as well as my previous payment history.
I tried to record a game through the tv planner but I was told I needed to activate my account.....
As per CSR at 258pm the problem is on thier end. it is not our Username or Password they are working on it and hope it will be resolved soon. She apologized
if I could not log in to change me recordings but hoped it would be fixed soon.
I couldn't log in yesterday and I still can't today. I tried the reset password thing too, but it's not working for me either. Got this error a few minutes ago:
This isn't just a Directv problem...Ive had several friends call me asking how to fix their computers because of the same issue...all on different websites. Looks like this is gonna be a pretty widespread issue.
Whats going on, first i finally logged in on directv no option to log out, i come back here had trouble getting in finally get in get message checking files be right back.is this computer dooms day or what?
I just signed into our account again a few minutes ago,with no issues.
We haven't had any problems signing in (3-4 times) this weekend.
There are still some issues on the site.
You may be able to login and see your account....but if you try to navigate to your equipment and packages, you may not be able to get into that area...repairs on the site are still underway...it might be tomorrow before everything works right.
I am still not able to login with the same error. Problem started yesterday.
No problems on our end.I am signed in currently,checking all kinds of links:
Account Details,View All Orders,Activity Since Last Bill,Current Setup,Change Package,Add Service,Add Receiver,Add Remote Control,etc.
All of the pages that I access are loading quickly.
According to my contact...it affects various accounts at various times....the problems are only partially patched...with all accounts not fully accessible yet.
It will be Monday before everyone is "whole".
I created an account for my wife today, no problems doing that, nor any problems logging in later in the day. Changed our install date there too.
I just tried again and this is what i got (atg.droplet.DropletException) i will try again Monday. I just flipped out when i couldn't log out last time.
Well they still have not fixed the site. I just tried to log in and couldn't.
That's what I've been trying to tell people in this thread:
DirecTV.com is still having problems, and irratic behavior is commonplace. Don't look for a full DirecTV Website fix until some time Monday.
Still down for me as well.
Apparently they are making some progress. I couldn't log in all weekend. I was able to log in this morning but there was no account information available. I suspect it will work eventually.
Still bombing out for me this morning..
Can't log on this a.m. here either.
