Can anyone tell me what equipment is being used on new commercial accounts?

Also, how are the receivers billed on these account? The website is very unclear. Is it like a residential account where the first receiver is included?

Are there any hidden channel packages like residential? Any discounts like AAA for residential?

Typically H25s would be used, DVRs generally aren't allowed on commercial accounts. The receiver billing depends on the account type. For most accounts there is a per receiver charge, but for public viewing like bars/restaurants there's a flat fee of $90/month for any number of receivers.

Be either H24 or H25. More than likely be a 24 unless you are a national account. H25 were all taken off trucks and quarantined for national accounts

That's not my experience. They charged $25.00 per extra receiver. There is also the RSN fee if you have a package with RSNs.

What was the account type? There is a difference between public viewing, office viewing and hotel/hospital type commercial accounts.
