I have it here and I’m on premiere. AT&T account if that matters.
ATT account and Premier and don't have CNNI (358).
I have the Xtra package and have it so whoever doesn't should probably reboot their receiver!!!

I have Premier and can view CNNI (Channel 358). Reboot your receiver as recommended by wolverines1. If that doesn't resolve the issue perform a System Test>
I am in the process of rebooting receivers. Two of them, so far, rebooted and still brought up the same message.
I am subscribed to Premiere.
Is this, plus what people have described of trying to sign up for Epix, what one can expect for now on from AT&T?
I have premiere with a DirecTV account and I get CNNi. All 3 Epix channels also came in just fine after I ordered it via the my programming section on DirecTV.com
Thanks, Mystery Man!
I ran one on a non-HD DVR receiver and another on a HD DVR. They are the 20s series. Both failed the system tests. The non-HD DVR failed two . The HD DVR failed three .
This is fun.
It's in HD on Apple TV.
Again, that's because they use the OTT TV Everywhere stream. For numerous technical and regulatory related reasons cable and satellite providers can't use that stream, they have to stick to the feed for providers on C-Band. Yes fiber delivery is a thing, but as we see every spring and fall with the sunfade, DirecTV uses C-Band to receive the majority of their channels, including the Turner ones.
Yes but technically everyone who has DirecTV has access to CNNI HD, they just need a streaming player. So claiming it's unavailable in the US is incorrect.
If you're planning on staying with AT&T/DIRECTV you have a few choices. 1. You can have your defective equipment replaced. Doing this will not trigger a new commitment. 2. You can upgrade to a Genie system. 3. If you have a 4K HDTV you can upgrade to a Genie system with 4K service. Any upgrading triggers a new commitment.
It won't be that easy when your DIRECTV.com account is converted to a MyAT&T account.
Before you replace any receivers you should tell us what those errors are. Since if it's affecting multiple receivers it could be a SWM/LNB issue or a cabling issue. (i.e. a pinched cable in a wall or in a crawl space or a bad connector that got moisture in it is enough to cause intermittent issues where you don't notice anything on the channels you regularly watch, but bad enough to cause problems on the data streams used to send guide data updates and authorization hits)
My account has merged with att website a few months ago so I went through the options there and added epix (3 months free after is 5.99) but the channels are still grayed out and inaccessible (721 error) even after a reset. I have genie 2 and 4 Genie minis. Same issue with CNNi still not working. Btw I’m on premiere standard.
Just adding to this I just performed a system test and 0 issues returned.
After my Epix order went through this morning AT&T sent me a e-mail enabling me to review my order, my programing and my new bill. Yet when I sign in to my MyAT&T account that info is nowhere to be found.
That's for damn sure. I gave up and added Epix via chat. I have Xtra and have CNNi.
I guess I’m gonna have to call them to see why I’m not receiving CNNi then. I’m still waiting for the follow up emails from att after adding epix. What a clusterf**k this is.
After my DIRECTV.com account was converted to a MyAT&T account whenever I log on to MyAT&T the first thing I see is a message stating "Please give us a moment, we're almost there". The same message appears after I enter my user name and password. The web pages are unstable and jump and flicker. And when I sign out the same message appears. I never experienced any of that nonsense when I had my DIRECTV.com account.
Have fun with that. When I called this morning to order Epix I could barely hear the agent due to a chorus females chattering and giggling loudly in the background.
You can stream CNNi HD on a Roku or Apple TV.
I wonder why they didn’t place it on 203 next to the other two CNN’s?
