    Thanks for the information KyL416!

Surprised it takes sooo long considering they have been in test for a couple weeks already.

Probably the contract(s) that finally permit these being carried in HD has a specific start date, so it isn't a matter of needing x amount of time in test but just waiting for that date.

It's replacing 409 TV Venezuela on Friday.

At quick glance I don't see any provider in the US that carries Venevision in HD, they probably don't have a HD version of their international feed.

The channel does exist in HD (Cox has it, at least). Discovery Familia also has an HD feed now.

I would think this is one of the more likely channels to follow, along with Discovery Life HD.

Can anyone confirm with the new AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain West, is this replacing the part-time Utah feed on 683-1 or is this a totally new full-time feed?

looks to be full time and rocky mountain plus still there

Utah may still needs it own feed.

have to wait and see what happens when Golden Knights and Jazz games are on at the same time (vegas is not in market for the jazz) (But I think that salt lake city may be in market for the Knights) as well as the limited MLB and NHL/NBA over laps

You seem like someone who might know the answer to this - just grasping at straws - no one I contact at Directv will get it through their heads that it's NOT on my end so contacting them gets me nowhere...

The recent HD additions to the lineup have not been getting the on-demand + next to the channel number/name. If you look, the SD version of the channels do. El Rey, Universal Kids ... as far back as Oxygen. GSN got its + much later after its HD addition. To me, it's annoying as that is my preferred method of going to the on demand. Do you have any idea why are they not being consistent with this?

If you're in the guide you can also go to on demand by entering the channel number with a 1 in front of it, so GSN's on demand would be 1233.

I know that, but the plus is a much easier way to see if there is on demand content. If I don't see the +, I wouldn't think to look for it any further. Am I the only one who uses on demand via the +?

Even without the plus, can you still arrow left and hit select and launch on demand?

No, you have to type that channel number +1000 to see if there is on demand. Not a big deal but, it is easier to see the + than type numbers and I don't like inconsistency.
