Apple inter grated their service into the Apple TV app. It’s on your Apple TV’s I guarantee it.
I know/knew where the content is/was. I've been watching it since it started. I expected a dedicated app.
Why? I thought the whole point of the Apple TV app was to aggregate content from all the other apps into one place. A separate Apple TV+ app would defeat the purpose.

Just think a dedicated app would be simpler. I'm not overly thrilled with the Apple TV app so far. Perhaps a section of the Apple TV app will be dedicated to content from whatever the hell the Apple TV+ thing is.
There's not going to be a separate Apple TV+ app. Apple TV+ is a subscription service that exists exclusively inside the broader Apple TV app. If you want to browse through just the content offered by Apple TV+, scroll down on the first tab of the Apple TV app to the "Apple TV Channels" row. There you'll see Apple TV+ listed alongside HBO, Showtime, Starz, Epix, etc. Clicking on any of those services lets you browse through their respective libraries.
