I have 2 HR24s. I did a clearmybox on one of the HR24s and after reboot it cycles between: Acquiring guide data 772 and DIRECTV signal loss on sat 1, 771. Unplugged power cord and did another reboot, still same issue. No issues on 2nd HR24. Customer Service wait time is really long. Still waiting after 2 hours for tech support. Is DirecTv having some kind of outage? If there is a outage why aren't both HR24s effected?
