The attachments to this post cover all U.S. DIRECTV Channels and Transponders, CONUS (Continental U.S. or National beams) and LIL (Local Into Local or Spot beams). OTA (Over The Air) data is not provided in this specific data capture.

Directv-Latin America provides satellite coverage for the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and South America; Directv-LA data is separate and not included here.

A single Excel document provides all the CONUS and LIL data for DIRECTV Satellites at the 72.5W, 95W, 99W, 101W, 103W, 110W and 119W positions.

Three supplemental documents are also provided:

    • A Network-Market-DMA Networklist cross-reference sheet. This information is particularly useful in understanding the LIL data.

    • A Network Decoder map showing the satellites and transponders graphically as they appear on your receiver's signal strength display.

    • A Channel Distribution Chart showing the number of CONUS and LIL channels provided by each satellite.
All documents are fully unprotected so you may copy and use the data as you wish.

    Very cool data.

Seems like alot of work to keep current/make current...with the latest updates. Appreciate the effort!

The DirecTV website now shows that DMA 157 (Binghamton, NY) HD locals will be available in October. Network 532 in the chart still shows 11/10 availability.

Thanks for the update. Next time we publish the 'networklist', it will show the 10/10 due date instead of 11/10 for Binghamton.

I understand just how important this data is for folks who are waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting...........

I note that the LIL's for Southern California and other areas are still listed as being transmitted from D10 rather than D12. Weren't the LIL's already transferred to D12 or was this only temporary and we should expect the LIL's to be finally transferred to D12 at a date in the near future, perhaps next Wednesday 6/23?

There is no direct evidence of LiL activity on D12, while Sixto did some analysis, but he used "tea leaves". :)

In Post #1, just added an additional TPN Map, this one covering only D10, D11 and D12 CONUS channels, updated as of 6/19.

    The note from Doctor J:
--The 5 original new HD are on D12.
    --There are 5 TEST channels.
--The 14 announced new HD for next week are waiting on D-12.
--The 2 "public service" SD channels are available for next week.
