I go to the DirecTV website today to bring up a channel list.No prices? If I was a new customer how can I decide if I can't bring up the prices?.I give it a thumbs down!.:down::nono2:
I click on that it wants me to log in?.say-what said:Real easy if you're a potential new customer - several different and very obvious links that take new customers to the same place

Doesn't work for existing customers logged in - they have to access their account info and select the change programming option.
Haven't found it yet.gregjones said:Well if you click Get DirecTV, you see a huge display of prices.

Logging out is the key. If you were last logged in, you don't get the prices until you actually try to add/change services on your account.tcusta00 said:After signing out of my account I see it right on the front page: "Packages start as low as $29.99/mo" and clicking on it brings you to the whole menu of package choices with prices.
Make sure you sign out fully by clicking on the "Not YourName" link at the top to delete the cookie.
I don't select remember me so I return to DirecTV's website like I don't subscribe.tcusta00 said:After signing out of my account I see it right on the front page: "Packages start as low as $29.99/mo" and clicking on it brings you to the whole menu of package choices with prices.

Then log in, go the the homepage DirecTV.com, click the "Not ***your name***" link, then go back to the homepage DirecTV.com once the full log out completes.Jhon69 said:I don't select remember me so I return to DirecTV's website like I don't subscribe.
DirecTV needs to get that channel list back up with the prices on top.
I'm not logged in it doesn't say my name at the top left and I'm not able to bring up the prices page.DirecTV must be working on it now all I see is a channel carousel.Tom Robertson said:Logging out is the key. People who are not logged in (remember there are two levels of logged in, by the way), get the here are the prices pages and info.
Cheers,
Tom
I don't either tried it with both IE7 and Firefox.say-what said:Works for me with several different browsers, not sure what the issue is on your end.
Here's what I see can only choose explore packages-english.say-what said:It's not a channel list with prices, you have to go to the programming packages page to get prices
Each of your links is modified by our cookies. You need to post pix--after you clear your cookies, ensure your name isn't on the left, etc.Jhon69 said:Here's what I see can only choose explore packages-english.

That's the explore channels link, click on the link to the left for "packages" or above to "Get DirecTV" and you get the prices. It's not that difficult to figure out the costs.Jhon69 said:Here's what I see can only choose explore packages-english.

On the channel list page: http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/compare/browseChannels.jsp?packageType=ENGLISH&footernavtype=-1ctaranto said:Where is the lovely channel lineup PDF that they usually offer under the "Packages" tab? It used to say "Channel Listing" or "Channel Lineup". I've looked on the site for about 15 minutes and unable to find it.
I like printing that out, putting into a clear folder, and letting the wife/kids use it.

Nope. That's a web page. The .pdf was far more polished.say-what said:On the channel list page: http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/compare/browseChannels.jsp?packageType=ENGLISH&footernavtype=-1
Click the "Print My Channel Lineup" Link and select your package.
Well, that's what is available - it's not as pretty, but it is what it is.ctaranto said:Nope. That's a web page. The .pdf was far more polished.

I'm surprised no one else has seen or used it. It was updated every 3 months or so with new and/or HD enabled channels. It broke the channel into their respective packages and all fit on one page.say-what said:Well, that's what is available - it's not as pretty, but it is what it is.
