    Hello All!

So riddle me this people way smarter than me.

I would like to hook up my wireless Joey to my Windows or Mac computer so I can watch tv on the device.

Is there a way to do it? Both have HDMI ports and USB 3. Way back in the day I used an external tuner card for coax but want to used HDMI if possible.

Is this something I can do? Thx!!!

    Los Gatos,...
You could use the DISH Anywhere web site. It would alleviate the need for cables, etc.

Hauppauge | HD PVR 2 model 1512 Product Description - HOWEVER - it only works for NON-HDCP content. If the wireless Joey is like the others, there are devices that will let you record it in SD.

The HDCP is probably going to be your big hangup with any solution.

The Dish Anywhere works pretty good.

I have yet to see any HDCP blocked content on component output, even on HBO with my Hauppauge PVR.
