Yeah, that's what I want my team named after--a condom!

At this point, I can care less if Illinois wins or loses, because I'll be there so drunk that I won't even know WHO'S playing! :p

Illini fans got a lot of stuff planned for them. Universal Studios Hollywood has set aside the entire day/night of the 31st as "Illini Day" at their park. All kinds of specials, drinks, food, and more included for a good price, with a party beginning in the park at 10:00 p.m. PST. Then on game day, it's grandstand seating for the Tournament of Roses Parade, followed by a 2-hour tailgate with food and open bar at the golf course adjacent to the Rose Bowl itself.

The Alumni Association did it up very well. Even the accommodations are great--a nice room at the Grand Wilshire.

Maybe I can be DBSTalk.com's reporter on the scene that day. :D

I don't know about you mighty Lord, but the last thing that will be on my mind while blitzed at the game will be typing into a forum site! If I did it would resemble this: vnkfvf ddd go illini, oh f&^% they scoreed ...

BTW, I would like to note... The majority of CSRs, and Supe's alike, are going to tell you that life sucks, but in nicer words, regarding this issue.
Theres a peice of the puzzle that is missing here in the math that I think I'll throw in, but let me preface it with:
Under most circumstances, D* will not credit you for missing a "small" part of your package, especially for only hours of a day. Just like they wont credit you time without service if your "main" tv has SFSS, but the TV's in other rooms work fine.

Lets say youve got Choice, which is about 150 channels, at $49.99 per month.

    49.99/30(days in a month),/24(hours in a day)= .06 cents.
    .06/150(channels in your package)= .00004
TNT is taken down, and I beleive 3 shopping channels, or 2 shopping and one golf. You arent credited for PPVs because they arent included in your package, and you arent credited for ACTIVE content. They are down at the VERY MOST for 12 hours.
    .00004*4= .0016*12 = .0192

SO, Your total credit, each sunday, would be ..0192, which the system wont even let the CSR apply, so, it'd be rounded up to .02
How many NFL sundays are there in the season? Im not actually going to seriously count, but its somewhere around 16.
So, I want you to call DirecTV, and tell them you want to be credited $0.32 for the weekends you missed TNT/The shopping channels.

I am lost here, Now I get several duplicate channels with my HR20, some HBO/Showtime channels and some ESPN channels and probably more, how can I tell if they are MPEG4 or MPEG2.

All of the channels that are mirrored 70's channels are still mpeg2. IOW, 73 and 206 are both mpeg2.
