You are correct, I was wrong about it being the Military Channel in HD. However, Military History Channel does not have a HD feed either at this point, so if they are looking at adding the channel it will be SD as of right now. Like you pointed out, I would think that as far as future addtions from A+E Networks, they would add H2 HD and LMN HD, but you never know.
Are you sure there is not an HD version? The Strange thing is that if you google 'Military History Channel' this comes back:

Military History Channel
military.history.com/
Discover the military history of our nation and our world with HD
quality programming like never before experienced on tv.

However, clicking through to the actual site reveals no details about the HD version. It would appear a cached version of their site at one time had the details.

Yes... It used to cover all the bad talk shows like Springer, Maury, Dr. Phil, etc.... Now it also covers the glut of bad reality shows like Jersey Shore, Ice Loves Coco, Pawn Stars, etc... So they dropped "Talk" from the title.
Sort of. "The Soup" is a more direct descendant of "The What The...? Awards". "Talk Soup" had been off the air for a couple of years before they renamed "The What The....? Awards" to "The Soup".

I seen that when I did a Google search as well. If there is a HD feed it seems as if no one carries it yet. The Wikipedia article states that there is not a HD feed yet. Could be one and no body carries it?

You were correct I apologize. Thank you I just didn't get why they would hide an SD when it isn't technically duplicated yet.
New HD channels on the guides of the apps and D*'s website always show up a few days before they actually go live on TV. I dunno why but it's been that way for several months.

Apology accepted. Just a misunderstanding.

Yeah not high on my list either, but I'll take it! I welcome all new basic HD channel additions.

Having said that, only adding 1 or 2 HD channels at a time is going to take forever to get more of the HD channels on my list! Haha oh well! Just keep them coming Directv! :)

I'm ebarrassed to say how repetive E! channel programming is. Right now I'm only "excited" to see the Kardashians (not "Khloe and Lamar", show); premiere "The Kardashians," MAY 20.

May I please trade my wishes TruTv and E! HD for Nat Geo WILD '.' :D

Doesn't anyone else think the HD picture is soft? I immediately noticed this on thursday night while True Hollywood Story - Giuliana Rancic was on. The pic was consistenly soft throughout the program. Then I checked Chelsea Lately and the quality was the same. Wasn't bad but a significant difference between E! HD and other HD channels.

Yes! I immediately noticed exactly what you describe. I don't know if the softness is a problem from E! itself or from DirecTV. Even this somewhat soft HD picture is better than SD, but yeah, I'd like to see an improvement.

Is it because E! Is the 6th channel on a transponder?
Not sure about that, but the channel on Xfinity is much sharper than the one on D* doing a A/B comparison. Especially noticeable in the corner bug.

Nevermind, there is a bug in the HR34. Even with Hide SD Duplicates turned on, the damn DVR was still tuning to the SD version of E!. After I edited the favorites list to remove the checkmark on E! SD, and added the checkmark to E! HD, the channel looks a lot better now on D*, but its still a tad bit fuzzier than Xfinity.
