Epix coming 5/19

    Same with me, I ordered it once but apparently it didn't go through and it didn't activate. I checked mt account on ATT and it didn't show that I had ordered it so I went through the process again. This time I got a confirmation e-mail showing the order so I guess we wait.

    I was going to order EPIX this afternoon online but changed my mind after seeing that I'm not getting CNN International which also launched today (error code 721 on Ch. 358).

    Don't want to place an EPIX order, get charged, and still not get the channel (as others have reported here). Will wait to see if the situation improves this coming week.

    I got a confirmation email about twenty minutes after placing my order but nothing after. Seven hours later and still no Epix. I tried resetting my dvr but to no avail. You've got to love AT&T's service. :rolleyes:

    Their system is still messed up, I went back to my account page at ATT and it showed that I could add the EPIX package for free even though I had ordered it several hours ago. I will check again tomorrow.

    I'm getting CNN International such as it is in SD and it's stretched, blurry picture which I'll probably seldom watch.

    Don't waste your time on the free trial. I just did a chat and they said the trial offer is in error and the discounted offer should be $2.99. She said that she would add it to my account for $2.99 and give me a $10 credit for the three months. I said ok, but I'm not holding my breath. I will probably regret taking them up on the offer so when they screw up my account I will have no one to blame but myself.

    Similar situation here. ....

    After the online order option with the erroneous "three free month" label repeatedly failed.

    Called Loyalty (Retention) and confirmed the three free mo. posting was wrong and gave me the $2.99/mo. offer for three.

    But as an apology and compensation for the wrong online info. they gave me three free months on my HD Extra pk. Plus I reduced my Protection Plan Premium for some $25+/mo. down to the standard P.P. for only $8.99/mo.

    Sounds kinda shakey doesn't it? They offered three months free and should have honored it. I don't know if I'm going through with this or not. Looking at their schedule I didn't see very much on there that I'd watch. I'm going to sleep on it.

    So far so good. I am receiving the three EPIX channels and my account is showing they are being charged at $2.99 a month. I also show a $10 credit on my bill for next month so they appear to be free. By the way, I added the HD Extra Pack on a free three month trial last month and they are giving me a credit of $4.99 a month for the next three months. We will see how this all works out but I spent a LOT of my time messing with this, not sure it is worth it.

    and if they try to pull the fee for removing an channel under 1 mouth when some get's billed for an free trail then they will be in for some big legal issues

    a phone call to at&t fixed the issue I had trying to add it online yesterday, epix came in within minutes of being added over the phone with the cs.

    I sent a message to Epix about support for Epix.com and their app and they did confirm DTV subs will get it but the rep that emailed me back just said "Support for logging in to EPIX.com and the EPIX apps is coming very soon." Probably some sort of TV Everywhere things they need to work out I bet.

    Yeah I would like to know where you are seeing an offer for Epix. I haven't seen it at all at att.com or on the MyATT app.

    That promo was erroneously advertised. It was there yesterday when I first logged into myAT&T account but it got removed. Some members here were able to get a discount after calling and complaining about.

    I called and mentioned and mentioned yesterday's offer. I was able to get epix added for $2.99/month for 3 months.

    I ordered online yesterday morning. Called back today and mentioned I heard they had a offer. She said yea 3 months free. She said you already ordered. But I can credit you 3 months.
