Equipment and [what] specialist team?

    During a call about our failing service the other day, the telephone rep recommended that I talk to a special "Equipment and [something]" team about getting a different equipment configuration.

    I was focused on getting the immediate problem solved and decided to postpone talking with the other group until our renewal date -- which is almost a month away. Now I can't find the notes from that call and lost the actual name of the team I should ask for. Does anyone here know what the rep was referring to?

    Maybe the folks on this system. They seem to know more about DirecTV equipment and configurations than most folks who actually WORK for DirecTV!!

    they were probably talking about customer retention since you are close to your contract expiration date.
