has anyone ever heard of this? I seen it on my indiana hoosier basketball schedule as broadcasting some of the games on this channel? Is this like a local network that IU has agreed to broadcast the basketball games?

    Thanks
    Mike

yeah it is for this year on local Over the air stations, in indiana I believe it's on channel 4 CW out of the Indianapolis/Bloomington area. Starting next year, those games that are scheduled to be on ESPN plus will be on a new network that the big ten confrence is starting to be called the big ten network, which has already got NATIONWIDE approval to be on directv in the total choice package.

ESPN Plus is what ESPN Regional Television calls their Syndicated game casts. There are many games covered by them which showup on many local stations as well as some RSNs.

ESPN Plus games would also be included in the ESPN Full Court package. I would assume if a local broadcaster is showing the game, blackout restrictions would apply.
