Hurray flyers did the unthinkable to become the 3rd nhl team to win after down 3-0.

Great news all games are on versus or nbc no more csn philly.

It's not about liking a thread. You need to think of those who DVR games. Your title spoils it. Simple forum courtesy.

No self-respecting hockey fan DVR's a game 7. They watch it on tv, or they follow online, or they listen on radio, etc.

Maybe for a game 3 or 4, but when a team comes back from 3 games to nothing, and is involved in a game 7, real fans watch live. :)

Very true, I've tried to tell my wife the same thing, you can't DVR a hockey game!

The Bruins did the Capitals a huge favor. A team as talented as Washington up 3-1 against the 8th seed Montreal and having 3 shots to close them out, two at home, to me is a bigger choke. But people will get hung up on the 3-0 stat.

    Congrats Philly!

can't DVR it, but you can sure record it and start watching an hour in. It's nice when a period lasts 25 minutes real time.

Boy am I glad I didnt check this site at all last night. I just finally got finished watching game 7 five minutes ago, almost had it spoiled for me several times last night.

la24philly you really need to bone up on your netiquette. Spoiler tags are your friends, and so are existing threads. At least you've stopped writing in all caps.

Even if they do (I did because I had to work), we watch it before getting on-line to read forums!

Speaking of spoilers, the NHL Network is the worst offender. The showed delayed games yet still scroll the scores at the bottom! Every Flyers game that was shown delayed on NHL Network this year was ruined by that.

If youy have to, just get some black construction paper and tape it to the TV so it covers the crawler at the bottom. Honestly I wish all sports channels would abandon the realtime updates for people who have to DVR games due to work and overloaded schedules.

I pay for cable just to get CSN and TCN. The Boston series made it worthwhile.

How do you spoil a live event?

Do you not get that people may have DVR'd the game and the title spoils the outcome before they watched it?

I didn't, but it's common practice around here to not have such obvious spoilers. I guess you don't understand common courtesy on the net/forums.
