I called DirecTV yesterday afternoon at 3:15 pm PST to complain about a non-responsive remote. My 3+ year-old remote's ON button, which turns on both the receiver and TV set, no longer worked. All other buttons, including the OFF button for both items, worked. After running through a couple of quick checks the CSR offered to send me a replacement. The package arrived from FedEx before 11 am today (Saturday). I am impressed! :sunsmile: ...and he picked up the phone immediately -- no waiting.
