    In what is clearly game playing, as explained by Ars Technica in Comcast to FCC: Your set-top box plan is illegal:

    The question is: "What's the point?" Even CBS Corp. now offers streaming programming without ads, following the other three broadcast nets which offer that on Hulu. Who in 2020 will need a DVR or any other set top box?

    I honestly think passing any of this now will be counter productive. Look at DirecTV now stating they want to launch that platform without having to build a box. Industry is going that way anyway...
