It sounds like the announcers are using a push to talk microphone. Quiet one second, then the crowd noise is switched in and blows you out of the room, then you cannot hear the ref's calls. This is on the Fox station in Arkansas, both OTA and DirecTv. Dont know if its the local station or Fox in general, but between the audio and the cut outs to commercial breaks with no warning...seems like this is about the most unprofessionally produced NFL game ive seen in a while.

Not noticing anything on KFTA in Fort Smith. All seems normal here.

Sounds ok in Dallas so far on the local affiliate. I'm watching the local via the dish (not OTA).

It's for when Tony Siragusa speaks...he's on the field & his mic is off until he talks.

Yea, it's always like this when Siragusa is doing a game. These guys just love to hear themselves talk, it's pretty annoying.

I don't hear that at all. In fact, if I didn't know better, it sounds like Siragusa is in the booth.

Do you have surround sound or are you just listening to your TV's audio?

At that moment, I was listening on a DD surround system sans rears. I didn't watch it on my full surround system so I don't know if would have sounded any different.

Audio and Video of the game was real good here in the Memphis Tennessee FOX 13 WHBQ Market. I watched the game and it was a very good broadcast, one of the best I have ever received from my local FOX Affilliate.

I'm using surround sound here in SoCal and part way through the game I stopped hearing the announcers. All I got were the crowd noise, the PA system and the Refs announcements. Just like being at the game, I LOVED IT!!!!!
