If Sinclair does get the Fox Sports RSN's, this is great news for the Cubs and ensuring the Marquee Network gets distributed more widely and there isn't the Dodgers fiasco. Now instead of just locals, they have these large RSN areas that they can tie to Marquee Sports Network. Not sure when DirecTV's contract expires, but Dish's Fox Sports RSN contract expires in June, and you can bet the Cubs network is going to be included with the renewal of all the other RSN's. However, I don't think that all the Fox Sports RSN's will be re-named Marquee. The Marquee Sports Network majority owner is the Marquee Sports and Entertainment group, which is an entertainment agency that is owned by the Rickett's family and the Marquee group is named after Wrigley Field's marquee. I think Sinclair is the distributor and minority owner and don't have the rights to the name. I would think that there is a better chance of the RSN's being Stadium Sports Wisconsin, Stadium Sports Midwest, etc.
