    And as long-time readers of this forum know, often D* replaces the box when the box is not really the problem. It is just the easiest thing to try in a puzzling situation sometimes.

    The H20 is definitely the most unreliable DirecTV receiver I've ever had. I'm on my third one.

    Just went thru this with Fedex, and guess what? Messed up equipment wasn't the cause. Just upgrading a receiver. Wonder how many return shipping units are simply for upgrades? Something to ponder.

    alot of smaller companies recently lost their pricing plans and incentives on express saver... my company being one of them... being such a big company, i'm sure dtv was able to keep their incentives while alot of other companies went to other shipping methods... that to me would explain why the rep immediately knew it was to dtv right after you said "No. Express Saver."
