I sure hope this writers strike doesn't effect (which I know it will) one of my other favorite shows on TV.

Vic Macky and the rest of the Strike Team are definitely at the top of my list of fav's.

According to thefutoncritic.com, all 13 episodes of The Shield are already in the can.

I wish, if the strike isn't settled, that they move The Shield to Fox (but they probably won't....)

I thought I read that all episodes were done EXCEPT the series finale. It was written, but the difference would be the creator of the show (Sean Ryan? I think) would NOT be on set when it was filmed (and Im assuming he makes changes on the fly as the show plays out).

He refuses to be there in support for his writers....its ashame he might not get to finish what he started. Seems like a standup guy too, and its surely a killer show.

Just an FYI on Shawn Ryan...he's also the creator of 'The Unit'.
